  1. Do any of the wheels have any damage?
    All our refurbished wheels are removed from undamaged vehicles. We will not refinish anything that has been cracked, welded or sustained heavy damage. All our refurbished wheels are refinished back to original specification to an unmarked ‘as new’ standard.
  2. Are the wheels genuine?
    All our wheels are Genuine OEM products exactly what you would get from your local main dealer.
  3. Do you sell single wheels?
    Yes, we can supply you a single wheel to replace a damaged wheel. Please contact the team.
  4. I’ve seen the wheels that I would like, but can you finish these in a different colour?
    Yes, we can finish wheels back to OEM specification or we can finish your wheels in a bespoke colour to your requirements.
  5. Do you ship Worldwide?

  6. What is your Returns and Refund Policy?
    Returns are accepted within 14 days for any unused items. To return the item please contact us, call 01538 300765 or email: Sales@Alloyhub.com. You must return the item in the same condition it was received in. Please ensure that the item(s) are packaged to a suitable standard protecting all surfaces. As soon as your return has been received and successfully inspected we will refund your money via your original payment method. In the rare event that you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us, call 01538 300765 or email: Sales@Alloyhub.com. We aim to resolve any issues you may have quickly and efficiently at no cost to yourself.
    Money back guarantee will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
    Goods must be in perfect condition.
    Refunds will be less the transport costs both ways.
