BE CAREFUL WITH THIS OVER PRICED COMPANY. Before you pay for your wheels make sure you check each one. I was shown 4 perfect wheels, prior to paying. Then encouraged to pay via bank transfer, before being shown the wheels, which were fitted. The fitted wheels had small "finishing" marks and not the same wheels shown before. Because I didnt pay by credit card I have a big battle now to get a full refund! This company has been reported to Trading Standards.....IN REPLY SEE ATTACHED:

I had a really good experience with The Alloy Hub in Stoke on Trent. My wheels were looking pretty tired with a few scratches and curb marks and I honestly wasn’t sure how much of a difference (as i’ve never had my wheels done before )it would make but wow. They look so clean and fresh now, it’s completely changed the look of my car.
The staff were approachable and helpful from the start. No pushy sales talk, just straight-up advice and clear pricing. Just what i like as it can get a bit confusing as i’m not car savvy.
It’s hard to find places you genuinely trust with your car, but I’d happily go back here again. You can tell they care about doing a proper job. Highly recommend

Volkswagen quoted £1,200 to replace a wheel on my Golf, but these guys straightened the buckle for just £120. Massive saving, and I even enjoyed a walk around the nearby lake while they worked. Definitely worth contacting Alloy Hub if you’ve got a damaged wheel.

I am absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Alloy Hub. My alloy wheels were in quite a poor condition with heavy kerb marks and scratches (heavy kerbing… whoops, perhaps I shouldn't be allowed to drive! 🤣), and I honestly thought they might be beyond repair. Jack and the team did a cracking job of a complete restoration of my alloys- the pictures tell the story. They kept me well informed throughout and the finish is completely back-to-new.

I bought a set of AMG alloys for my Mercedes. The Alloy Hub was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I spoke to Jack who answered a few of my queries before advising and taking my order. When I arrived for fitting I received a warm welcome which included coffees. AlloyHub did a superb refurbishment of my four Alfa Romeo alloys, returning them to their OEM colour, as well as painting my rear brake callipers, and fitting black Alloygators. It took them a little over two days. The results were amazing. I shall return to use them should I need to.

As this is my first time having a set of wheels refurbished,I wasn't sure what I wanted,as my alloys had started corroding on the diamond cut faces,the staff were really friendly and helpful,they talked me through the whole process and showed me different styles and finishes,I ended up going with an OEM BMW colour,Ferric grey ,they really do look amazing,they were also very well priced,thanks a lot Alloy Hub,I will be recommending you to friends and family.

Bought two M4 alloys from the Alloy Hub to replace wheels that a different company had botched refurbishment of. Cannot praise Joe and his team highly enough. Helpful advice, the quality of the wheel refurbishment is amazing, and I've never seen anybody take so much care with tyre fitting and balancing and putting the wheels back on. I live several hours drive away but wouldn't hesitate to go back if I need wheel refurbishment again.

Wanted my Subaru classic gold wheels looking ‘perfect’ so checked out the reviews for Alloy Hub. Booked the car in for a full wheel refurbishment……Alloy Hub weren’t happy with the initial 1st attempt refurbishment ( they were tricky to spray etc due to the spokes ) so they had to keep the car longer than originally planned……I was kept updated and wasn’t inconvenienced.
Picked the car up today and on initial inspection they are perfect and look showroom condition…… for 7 year old alloys.

We ordered 4 alloys for our Audi A6 but needed them in the Black Edition colour and fitted with new Toyo's which were not the usual tyres fitted by Alloy Hub. Order took a few days longer than expected, but communication was good throughout.
Wheels were well packaged on arrival, and each individually boxed. Whilst they were refurbished, you would not tell by looking at them - all four being completely flawless, and no trace of any 'refurbishment other then the re-spray.
Metallic grey a little darker than BMW's standard alloys, but that makes the car stand out a little, and compliments it well without appearing too over the top.
I've had the wheels on the car for around 3 months now with average use, and there is no sign of paint chipping or flaking - all still looking perfect.
Very happy overall. Highly recommended.

I took in a 15 year old BMW for a much needed wheel refurbishment. It definitely wasn't an easy job but they managed to get them to look absolutely amazing - No pits or chips... and I can see my face in them!
They also supplied photos to prove that it had been done correctly (they were split rims that had to be taken apart) . The price which was very reasonable compared to other quotes was agreed before we started and didn't change

Great service! My alloys were in a right state after an encounter with a large pot hole. These guys completed the refurb of all 4 alloys in under 3 days. Also as a lady driver I wasn't patronised and received very sound advice. Would definitely recommend.
